I was given arn numbers by my broker xm since I'm trading forex to trace funds that were sent to my closed preveous account
when I go to the branch no one has a clue of what im talking about I went to different branches in sowet but fnb consultant's don't know their products it's been 2 weeks struggling now
Please assist

Fnb has not paid me my money even to day I gave them ARN numbers and it has been more than 20 working days a lady from fnb called me last week she told me they manage to trace my funds she just need an othority from some and she will get back to me even to day she did not do so not knowing if im being misled i send them emails they not being answered. is this the service FNB provide to it's clients or it's me
