Are your Chat Bankers even real?

Does FNB make international card deliveries at all? I have spoken to three chat bankers since the beginning of April and I still have not received my new bank card. The chat is the only way to contact FNB since I'm currently overseas. I can't make payments as my card expired over a month ago. Why is this so difficult? I'm beyond frustrated right now.
