"Are you with the right bank" or "stay where you are because we can't help you today"

<p>I moved to FNB 2 months ago becuase of friends and family raving of the great service they always receiving. after giving it some thought i called a call centre for some questions and i was assisted to open the account telephonically and was told the card would be delivered in 5-7 business days. Great so far card was delivered on time. Then i asked about the Ebucks card and was told to apply online or go to dischem and get a card and activate which i proceeded with the latter as this was quicker than them snail mailing me the card. I followed the web to get the card activated through my cell but kept getting an error. I the called the ebucks call centre and was assisted to activate the new card and was told everything was fine. At allocation time which only happens around 8-10th of every month no EBUCKS allocated. I called my Private Banker (Andisiwe Sibanda)and was told she will investigate and get back to me. A week later no response so i call the ebucks call centre again, i was then told due to an old dormant/deactivated ebucks account caused the issue of non allocation, the call centre assited and i was told the allocation would happen in 3 working days. To my surprise after 5 business days still no allocation so i called Ebucks again and then told it will only happen on the next allocation. I escalated to my banker and was told the same as there is no way they can do the allocation inbetween cycles. I asked my banker to reverse the monthly cahrge of R385 for private clients as i done all the work in resolving the issue, this was escalated to the private client manager(George Mokholela) who doens't bother to call and explain but only emails. After a month of trying to get the fees reversed i get an email to that they will not reverse the fee even though i done all the work.... WHAT ARE WE PAYING FNB PRIVATE BANKERS FOR???????? FNB change from "are you with the right bank" to "stay where you, we can't help you today"</p>
