Are you *****ing my money ?

There is a debit order on my cheque account statement which I don't know where it comes from. With my banking details and the ref no of the debit order I contacted FNB telephonically. The consultant told me that the debit order was actioned by Nedbank or one of it's clients and I should contact them. I did contact Nedbank (via email) and here is their response :

\
Please note that your query needs to be logged by your bank to Bankserv who will in turn be able to provide the necessary information of the company that has debited your account. This process has been in place for some time now and should have been communicated to you by your bank.
"

So FNB"
