A minor's account opened on the 6th, the lady who conducted the finalization of the account stated that immediately the account can receive money, 8 days later the account is frozen and only then i am told you want some documents why couldn't you inform me on the 6th. there was a payment which was supposed to be receipted on the 9th. so what happened to it? now you are ignoring me.
