Aramex Global Shopper ****

<p>After receiving an invite from FNB, I signed up with this company, who claim to ship your parcels to South Africa, from suppliers who do not provide this shipping service. However, my package has never arrived. My package was delivered to the New York depot and then vanished for two days! It was only when I queried the issue, and after I threatened to file a case of theft, that the package suddenly reappeared. However now they claimed that the contents of the package was "Unacceptable" according to their policies, claiming that there were batteries in the package. They then tried to ****** additional costs out of me to ship the package via another service, however when I provided a list of the contents of the package, proving that there were NO batteries, the Johannesburg, South Africa help desk sent a weakly worded message to the New York office, supposedly instructing them to release my package, however a month later, despite repeated requests and even threats, my package has still not arrived and now their supposed helpdesk does not even respond to my requests for updates ( case ref. # PRY/0716/294). Subsequent to my issue, I have searched and found numerous other people that have experienced similar issues with this company, who claims to be an international shipping company. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ****, it is nothing more than an ******ion **** and I am shocked that FNB is involved with this!</p>
