Aqeel saves the day

This compliment is for one person only: Aqeel from the FNB ***** Department. Having recently opened a new FNB banking account I was having endless issues in trying to get the account activated. Not being able to go to a branch and having reduced services available has made it difficult to get anywhere. Eventually after threatening to cancel I was transferred to the ***** department and Aqeel was able to resolve the issue the same day.
