APRIL KZN storm 2022

FNB Insurance: They will reject your claim without answering your questions. My roof was fully repaired and cleaned in 2021 and due to Digicall making every effort to cover up their mistakes my claim in April 2022 was rejected. The CEO Jacques Cilliers just never responds to any email and gets other people to do so. They make promises to call back and give answers to my questions and you never get any answers. FNB also only uses Digicall to do all their building assessments. Note that these assessors is not qualified and has no credentials yet as per FNB they are highly regarded. Despite a year that has passed I still have questions but FNB just refuses to answer my questions. A lot of people lost their homes in this storm and is clear even thou emotionally this storm took everything KZN had FNB just don't care and takes more. I have 2 Digicall reports and they contridicting but FNB only looks at the one they think is more likely to reject your claim.

Still ignoring me so the best I can do is keep on reposting and make their numbers drop.

Took pictures yesterday of my roof and sent them to the insurance company advising them that the battons that Digicall claimed was damaged is not damaged. They now give me notice to cancel my policy due to a reputational risk.
