Approved..... Then Declined

I had app**** for a personal loan around the 10th september, On the 15th Noloyiso had contacted me to advise that i had been approved for R104 500, i had advised pls call me back as i need to finalise with my husband, the next day i had missed her calls as i was very busy at work. when i eventually got a hold of someone on sat 19th only to be told that my loan has been declined because they could not get a hold of me. Ok so lets try and apply again. a consultant called me today - after i had left 5 messages and we started the process again only to be told that i only now am approved for R32 000..... what happened to the R104 500 well.... according to the new consultant Noloyiso had captured the incorrect salary information. So who's problem is this, i have been notified via sms and over the phone regarding the R104 500 now i cant get this, I had already made arrangements to settle all my other small debt, basically consolidate it into 1, now what do i do? turn to another service provider? I have been a loyal customer to fnb for years and to be let down like this is unacceptable
