approved finally then two months later declined

I app**** at Fnb for home loan a year ago and declined, told to open account, two months ago I was finally approved and all documents was signed, lawyers, insurance all untill yesterday and was again declined due to my wifes account from more then 2 years ago as she was retrenched and russells lost the documents, on itc it stated her account was written off in 2013 allready, we both have credit card, feul card, overdrauft at fnb and pay our accounts spoton, now at the very last day declines due to this and they don't wane help or lsiten nothing, all my cost that run in the thousands total lost. Why wait till the last day if we could have sorted this out. I am going to change to a bank that will see the truth and will help. Very sad.
