Approval of Claim!

I recently submitted a claim to FNB life for the balance of my loan to be settled as I have been unemployed from April last year and even though the documents I submitted were not complete, consultants from the claims department called me and requested the required documents instead of declining the claim which is what most companies do. We always complain about the bad experiences and never about the good and I must commend all those at FNB life for their assistance with my claim and for going the extra mile with the calls and texts.
