Appreciation Post/Review

I believe we must give credit where it's due, I would like to say thank you to Carol Dlamini who works as a branch manager at Newcastle Mall. I had a problem with my funeral cover claim as I lost my father so FNB life department was sending me from pillar to post I then went to her to seek help, she really helped me to fast track the process as I had waited for too long and the time was not on our as a family as we needed to bury our loved one. I just want to say thank you for your great customer care! there are very few selfless leaders like you. God Bless you
