Appreciation on Service delivery at FNB

I had initially came to the branch to change link my accounts which i have been struggling with for weeks now.. Luckily i was blessed with a Consulatant from the Balfour FNB branch whom had immediately assisted me and took time to even educate me on additional features to ensure my future banking experience is smooth.

I just want to say thank you to Rebecca, who was the lady who was kind enough to help me and big up for the adequate customer service she rendered to me.
