I just want to recognise Keandre for the outstanding service he gave my Mom telephonically around 11:30 on 25 November. OMG the patience this man had throughout is really so appreciated. Thank you Keandre for your patience and allowing me to do a conference call with my Mom, that took time but never did you give an impression of impatience! Thank you so much Keandre - thank you!!! Thank you for sorting out our issue with so much grace - super appreciated! I felt so helpless because I am in Gauteng and she is in the Eastern Cape and she needed urgent help, was also scared for her going to town to a branch on Black Friday when it is so busy.
