Applying for a temporary loan

I app**** for a temporary loan from FNB. This was not the first time, but suddenly I was not able to access this particular application. I contacted the call centre, who told me that I just need to give a few days for the previous instalment to register on FNB's system. I have waited since 18 January 2015 to apply for a new loan. I do not understand what I did wrong that I am not able to access it. I do understand that it comes with the discretion of the supplier, but all I was trying to find out was why I was not able to apply for it. After getting no luck from the call centre, I then contacted FNB via the email support line.

On the 4th of February my email was forwarded to the temporary loans department. Since then I have heard nothing, no correspondence etc. Not even a email from temporary loans to let me know that they have received my request and that they are processing it.

To me this is very disappointing seeing that I have always received excellent service from FNB in the past.

Thanking you in advance.
Liezel Tredoux
