Applying for a loan seems to be impossible

It seems being a customer that has never defaulted on a bond payment cannot even get assistance in a time of need. I was on maternity leave recently, funds were tight, with not earning a proper salary. We submitted a request for a loan on our bond.We have not faulted on any payments, and needed the extra cash to assist during my mat.leave period,to ensure that we can still pay relevant acc's etc.We got the run-around from day 1.Constant requests for new forms, updated statements, confirmation of employment, which lasted exactly 14 days. only to be told that we did not qualify. However, at the time of the application, our accounts were actually paid up to date. It seems as though it took your Homeloans dept that long on purpose so that you don't have to proceed with the application. You do not help your customers. We explained our situation from the start, and it didn't make any difference. We are considering moving our bond to another service provider. We constantly had to follow up for feedback and ran around to get all the information together when we were requested to do so.We were then informed it was pre-approved,which turned out to be a lie in any case.....
