app**** for home loan switch

Good day. I app**** for a home loan switched and before I did I first did my research. On the website it states that fnb will pay the attorney cost for registering the bond up and till the original bond amount and on friday I got a call from the attorney to pay R10700 for the registration. When phone client care they say that I am responsible and not them and that is not what the website is saying. What a waist of time.
