Application with no feedback and answer

If desided to apply for a smart device with fnb. I have called them 3 times spoken to over 6 people having been transfered to and from and am currently on hold for 21 min.<br> i can bye 5 devicess cash and chose to rather keep the cash in my acc, as if been doing for the last 8 months, and rather make use of the product fnb is making available for thair clients.<br> <br> <br> What do i do
