Application Ignored

<p>I sent through an application for a pre-funded ccommercial petro card to ********** on the 19th August 2016. I was informed that the turn around time is 5 to 7 days. I called the commercial credit card department this morning to be told that nothing has been done with my application. I then asked the operator "so has my application just been lying around since I emailed it" to which he responded yes. We are in urgent need of this card due to the business we are in and find it hard to believe that nothing has been done with our application. Please can this be attended to as a matter of urgency.</p>
