Application For Overdraft Took Us To Fusion Account Application

App**** to raise overdraft, website only offered us the Fusion Account option. Apparently we qualified for this (with a modestly higher overdraft.) We filled in the online forms etc. When we clicked yes etc on the Agreement part of the online forms, it claimed that the site had timed out.

We checked on our account and saw no evidence of the Fusion account or any changes. So we once again, we hit the Raise Overdraft option. We summarily declined with a general letter that bears no relation to our credit history or the healthy state of our account.

And there's no evidence that we qualify for or are part of a Fusion account. What's going on, FNB? Is this a **** or has the site been hacked?

Why did trying raise one's overdraft take us to the Fusion option in the first place? Very unimpressed (as usual) and considering changing banks.
