Application delays ....

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my flexi bond account is handled. I was told in the beginning of the month that it will take 7 - 14 days for my application to be processed and my excess transferred funds to be available.

No one has ever told me that there will be delays because I have transferred more funds in the account. Only today I am told there are further delays because I have transferred more funds in the account that are not yet cleared, BUT what supprises me is that the same funds I am told are not cleared reflect on my transaction history.

Can somebody please sort this out as I need to have my funds available as soon as possible, Should THE FUNDS not be available on the 1st of April, please let me know who is going to carry the fees should I have unpaid debits!
