Application declined with no communication

<p>Im in the process of a bond application. The attorneys instructed FNB to amend the property description that was incorrectly captured on he documents by FNB. Instead of listing the property as 1 erf number, FNB has listed the property as 2 erf numbers. How they got this information is a mystery. Its been 3 weeks until I queried with FNB last week. They could not give me any answers regarding the delay in reply and then escalated the matter for which there is a 48 hour turnaround. When I followed up today, I was told that the application was in fact declined on 3 July. No communcation was sent to me in the interim nor to the attorney. And according to the consultant, the bond application was declined due to the house being a half share. This is what the attorney pointed out in the first place. It is not a half share, it is 1 property being paid out as a divorce settlement share. This is so frustrating.</p>
