Apple.com/bill ****

It's the second month that there is an "Apple.com/bill" debit that amounts to R59.99 that is being taken from my account and I don't even use any Apple device and I don't even have an Apple ID (I've only used android devices). That money cannot even be disputed on the app nor through cellphone banking. They have to look into this ****.
