Apple.com/bill ****
I don't many problems with FNB, but this problem is getting out of hand now. It's the second time that there is an "Apple.com/bill" debit that amounts to R599.99 that is being taken from my account and there is no explanation why. The transaction cannot be disputed on the app like all the other normal ones.
Previously there was an unauthorised debit which amount to R799.99. I sent them an email about that, but they couldn't bother assisting me. They have to look into this ****.

28 Dec 2025, 18:24Back in August, there was an authorised charge to my account. The amount was R799.99. I logged a call with FNB Consumer Card ***** department, but I didn't get much assistance. They informed me that they need three things from me:
• Evidence of communication between you and the merchant.• Proof of cancellation and refund request.• Proof of paid by other means or decline slip.
I tried informing that there was direct way to contact Apple regarding this issue. The amount doesn't match any of my current Apple subscribtions, and it doesn't match any previous amounta that Apple charges on my account. I'm honestly fed up at this point with this FNB-Apple ****. They have the power to reverse the charges, but they choose not to. I have potentially lost R1400 because of this.
If anyone can help me out with this issue, please let me know.
