Apple Watch from fnb bad service

I received An Apple Watch 7 series from FNB it was delivered to my house on the 5th September 2022 upon opening the package I noted the following 1) the box that stores the watch was NOT sealed 2) watch doesn’t even switch on 3) the watch had marks and scratches on the screen 4) took pictures of everything and I immediately made contact with fnb about the product I got , I was then told that a case has been logged and I will be assisted

To my surprise I have been taken from pillar to post o was asked to send pictures which i did , I expected the watch to be picked up the following day and for me to recieve a brand new watch as a customer instead I was being told they need to review camera footage from the warehouse of when it was dispatched and so forth . It’s now four days since I submitted my complaint and still have not been assisted. I communicated and ask them how do I as a customer enter with their internal processes? Why am I being involved between what transpired between fnb and the warehouse ? Rightfully the watch was supposed to have been collected at my house the following day and I was supposed to have been given a brand new watch the watch I got is evidently was tampered with or it’s a demo or it’s pre owned but it’s definitely not brand new . Now to further add insult to injury after numerous calls and emails being sent I am now being told the watch will be collected and inspected and i might be liable to pay for damage , fnb is now trying to shift accountability and pin their poor service to me , does it make sense I report the watch the very same day I got it that this watch has defects so which time frame would I have damaged this watch ? Further insult providing evidence of how I got this device as proof , instead of getting an apology from fnb and being compensated with a rightfully brand new watch sealed I am being told of stories ,I am appalled by the service I am receiving it’s disappointing to say the least please come collect your watch and replace me with a brand new sealed watch from Apple that has no defects . You guys are really unprofessional I am not going to pay for anything take accountability. Also I contacted istore and they indeed confirmed that all their products are sealed sealed with a plastic cover over them to avoid tampering in my case I recieved the opposite from fnb
