Appeal 3 Concerning CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD - FNB Complaint ***

The documents submitted to Mr. Mpilo Mdluli at FNB allegedly prove my agreement to Debt Review. These were forwarded to me by the Centurion Lifestyle FNB Manager, Refiloe Mokone on 9 October 2025 after my visit to the branch. I never received the emails Mr. Mdluli claimed to have sent.

1. Security and Signature Concerns 1.1 I am deeply concerned about the security risks associated with AI and electronic documentation. 1.2 The Electronic Debit Mandate Authority form contains a signature that appears to be mine. 1.3 After receiving CDS Consulting document forward by FNB to me on 9 October 2025, I went back to search for correspondence and events of 3 July 2025 and comparing signatures, I found clear discrepancies. 1.4 I respectfully request a forensic comparison of my electronic signature and the one submitted by CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD.

2. Interaction with CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD 2.1 I was contacted via phone, not in person. 2.2 The agent claimed the offer was a government initiative to reduce interest rates from ABSA and PickNPay. 2.3 I requested an email for verification and was surprised to receive one mentioning Debt Review. 2.4 I immediately responded, stating I did not wish to be placed under Debt Review.

3. Supporting Evidence and Irregularities 3.1 ABSA’s Distressed Customer Solutions letter dated 03/07/2025 declined CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD’s application. Yesterday they went on to debit my account. 3.2 FNB sent a notification to my work email, which is unusual as I typically receive correspondence via Gmail. 3.3 I did not receive any DebiCheck authorization request via my cellphone app. 3.4 If the mandate form was mistakenly deleted, investigators should be able to trace it via email records.

4. FNB Branch Interaction 4.1 On 23 and 26 August 2025, I visited Centurion Mall FNB branch to close my Aspire Account, to avoid CSDConsulting PTY Ltd debitingmy accountagain. 4.2 The FNB agent confirmed that if a DebiCheck had been done, it would have been visible. 4.3 She advised that the strongest complaint point is questioning why FNB allowed the debit without DebiCheck authorization.

5. Request for Investigation 5.1 I am willing to provide my work laptop and cellphone for forensic analysis to support my appeal.

6. Unanswered Questions 6.1 Why couldn’t FNB reverse the debit orders from CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD, while they could help me reverse my other service providers' Debit Orders that I had legimate agreements with? I saw the Debit Order on thw night of July 29, I went to FNB Woodmead branch to requested the reversal on July 30. FNB agent told it has not yet deducted from my account, I must wait for it to debit and I must ask Secure Chat to reverse it for me. I woke up in the middle of the night to ask FNB Secure Chat, which failed to help me - saying it can only be reversed by the service provider. Why? 6.2 If CDS CONSULTING PTY LTD is legitimate: 8.2.1 Do they have call recordings with prospects?

6.2.1 By the way I have been in voluntary Debt Review before, the company I was using at the time obtained a Court Order, called me to their offices to sign a contract me and advised me on the date for the start date of the Debt Review Debit Orders and prepared me on what do to avoid my account duplicate charged. But not any of such from CDS Consulting PTY Ltd. Why?6.2.2 Why are their emails unanswered and contact numbers unreachable? 6.2.3 Why have they removed reviews from HelloPeter? 6.2.4 Why haven’t they paid the debited funds to ABSA and PickNPay or returnedmy money or followed up on the nextpayment?

7.1 am deeply concerned about the conduct of CDS Consulting PTY Ltd and the way their services are being imposed without clear consent or transparency.

7.2 Forced Services: 7.2.1 Why is CDS Consulting PTY LTD buldozing their services on individuals who have not explicitly agreed to them? 9.1.2 If major institutions like ABSA and PicknPay have not formally partnered with CDS Consulting PTY LTD, why am I being debited for services I did not request? 7.2.2 Even big banks such as FNB cannot not reverse their Debt Orders?

8.Right to Withdraw Consent: 8.1 Even if I had agreed to their services as the claim, don't I have the right to change my mind? I sent a clear email on 4 July 2025 stating that I don't wish to use their services. Is that email not sufficient to terminate any agreement? 8.2 Ignoring such a request is not only ********* and it may be #********#.

9.. Final Appeal 9.1 I urge FNB and the NCR Management to hold CDS Consulting PTY LTD must be accountable for these practices and to scrutinize their dealings with this company and demand transparency, consent, and respect for consumer rights. 9.2 The emotional and additional R9,364.11 financial distress caused is severely impacting my well-being as well my career advancement as I cannot apply for any job promotions when I am under Debt Review. 9.3 I respectfully request a thorough investigation and a timely response.

Please feel free to contact me should you require more information or any further evidence or clarification regarding the statements above.

I trust that my request will receive your favourable consideration.
