Appauling service from fnb insurance

<p>I submitted my documents on the 28/11/2016 to the consultant by the name of Dorcas Chauke and to date my vehicle has not been repaired. I then was dealing with another *********** and unprofessional consultant by the name of Faith and she promised to call me back on numerous occasions with no avail.I then spoke to a manager by the name of Faribada who assured me that the matter will be resolved and would call me back, and still nothing.Please dont ever do business with fnb insurance.They are a bunch of idiots.I cant wait to cancel my insurance with them.</p> <p> </p>
