APPAULING, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....IRATE CLIENT

I have been trying to withdraw money from my supabets ewallet for 3 days now but keep getting a error message about maintenance i spent R300 on airtime calling the service centre but no one can help me i have the reference number but apparently it of no use. I got a sms saying the payment was approved but i cannot get a otp to withdraw cash. Is their anyone that can assist me since the service centre cannot help im not sure who can assist as i thought thats what the service centre was there for so if they cannot help me then who the hell can. I need my cash
