Appauling behaviour by FNB consultant

At 13:30 this afternoon I placed a call to the 087 FNB number after attempting to solve my query myself via cellphone banking.The reason for my call was to query a “reserved amount” by Scribd. I was attended to by a Mr Aron Madisha - reference Rv***. He advised that I apply for a new card and “holding” my current card until the arrival of the new one. Soon thereafter he advised of a second manner. I then made it clear that I was then confused as to which option would be better as I don’t work for FNB and he knows the options better. To my surprise he rudely uttered: “ Did you hear what I just said!”. So rude! I was taken aback and said :” excuse me”, to which I immediately requested the reference number as quoted above. I have never been spoken to in such an ill manner by a consultant , in my 28 years of existence! Iam highly doubting whether I should even continue with this bank as my bank of choice!
