Appalling Treatment from fnb

I am appalled by the treatment I have received from fnb.Not only have they *******ly frozen my business account and stopped me from trading even though the money I owed is paid up.I paid up the business loan account a week ago and my business account is still frozen and no one is assisting me.They have made it impossible for a person to get through to their business banking recoveries department so that I can request assistance and have the hold lifted.I do not believe this is how a bank should treat your their loyal clients,it is unacceptable and disgusting to say the least!
