Appalling services
I logged a complaint was told it will take 48 hours Max no one to date contacted me I got a SMS it was referred to a manager no one still hasn't contacted me it's been a week later!!!! I will not recommend anyone to use this banks services ****ty bank

25 Nov 2022, 15:15So after submitting my review I get another reference and a email saying it's now an important complaint and guess what another SMS tha it will take another 48 hours which has now turned into almost 2 weeks and guess what until today I have not received any communication no one called me back no resolution nothing!!!
