Appalling service, unprofessional and questionable practices

Appalling really, nothing more to say but appalling and extremely unprofessional and inconsistent. Dating back to my previous review last month, the bank reversed the debit order and this month they claim that it was reversed and as much as it appears in the statement, it was never reversed. I did a calculation to account for that money and it was clear at the end that the money cannot be accounted for. People be vigilant and do your calculations because banks can ***** you. You will see the money in the statement and yet it never made it to your bank account. This, after they wrote me a very aggressive and angry letter :) ombuds has a lot to deal with.
