Appalling Service - get your act together

How many queries do I have to log? I logged 5 queries on your website regarding a debit order on my home loan. Logged it on the 25/02/2022 (HL00B90J1), 04/03/2022 (HL00B9YJ1), and on the 10/03/2022 (HL00BAO61) all these queries was closed, supposedly resolved yet no feedback was received. I made a double payment on the 25/02/2022 on the home loan and I asked about being debited on the 1st these queries was just closed without any feedback or resolution. And then on the 1st guess what, i got debited again even though i paid double and more than what my installment was on the 21/02/2022. Get your act together!!!
