appalling service from student loans department

I currently have 2 student loans with FNB with my stepmother and brother standing as surety for these loans whilst I was a student. Since the beginning of the year I have been formally employed and wanted to transfer financial ownership on to my name. Firstly you cannot do this at a bank and have to do it through their call centre
