Appalling service from FND ***** DEPARTMENT!

I am disgruntled and quite fed up with the FNB ***** DEPARTMENT. I reported a case around end of May and my case was assigned to an "investigator" who gave me a case number and alleged that he would contact me once he has received all the supporting documents..NO communication from him till thus far!!I called and got told he resigned and that my case has been handed over to the team leader.. Still no feedback, five months later and I keep getting told that the "team leader" will revert...what ******* is this???
