Appalling service from FNB Speedpoint service

l app**** for a speed point at FNB Kyalami three weeks for my new shop in Estcourt Kzn. Three weeks later the business is now open and running but the speedpoint still havent arrived.l was promised that i will be given a 12 months promotion special where l dont get charged for the monthly fees.l was happy at the offer but for FNB to get the speed point to the shop has been really unprofessional.I was given the references RITM *** Merchant number ***. As a small business i feel our progress is hampered by such things we cant service the customers that want to pay on speedpoint. My email is ***
