Appalling service from Fnb private banker

Hi guys, FNB has the worst private banking service, we pay for these services every month but the service is appalling to say the least. I have reported my banker Thashia Vather has no clue what she is doing. At some point she even blocked me from Whatsapp because I called her out on the appalling service.I am considering closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.
