Appalling service from FNB Homeloans

Again disappointing service from FNB and FNB Homeloans specifically. I have app**** for a bond more than two weeks ago with back and forth communication and currently no communication from them at all I still have no answer to give to the seller or the agent. The service is appalling. While other banks have already approved my home loan in principle and as a private client it seems that they do not want my business.
