Appalling service from eBucks Shop

It just exhaust me trying to relate my extremely disappointing story with eBucks Shop. I bought a laptop from eBucks shop. firstly, it took much longer than the promised time to get it delivered, instead of estimated 5 days, it took 8 days. excitedly we unwrapped and started using it. before 10 days elapsed, it wouldn't switch off. after trying to keep it charged for long ( thought battery issue) i tried again, black screen! i eventually logged a call to get it collected for a refund. it took 3 months, of calling them 1 to 3 times a week, to get is sorted. not even once was my call ever returned, despite saying ebucks shop will get back to me within 72 hours. If you need to buy something online, try other online shops, forget eBucks shop. I am done with you guys, ke sharp.
