Appalling Service from all of FNB and the shame is they don't care

I tried to draw R1 000.00 from an ATM inside Spar at Howick Greendale. Money was not dispensed and my account was debited with the R1 000.00 not dispensed by the ATM

For two days I've tried without success to tell FNB that much and get a response from them. I've called all the call centre numbers, chat with bots, complained via their app and eventually called their ***** line and was told to visit a branch.

Appalling service that you cannot get to talk to anybody.
