Appalling Service - FNB is really a bank that does not care.

FNB's Staff is refusing to assist me even though they made the mistake. I go online and I get told one thing on the chats (Backup made of this chat) and when they told me to go to a branch the branch also refused to help me.

It is absolutely appalling that you treat a client that has loyally been banking with you for 15+ years is treated in this manner.
