Appalling Service FNB!

Appalling service!! All I have wanted to do is settle 2 loans I currently have with FNB, but they are making it virtually impossible! At first I went into my nearest FNB branch to settle these loans only to be told I cannot do this. How is it that I cannot do my banking IN THE BANK??? I was told I need to call the loans department in order to settle the loans. I was also given a number to call. When I called the number I instantly got an automated voice message saying the number I dialed does not exist. How?? I then logged online to the FNB site and obtained 2 more numbers to call. Both numbers had the same automated voice message saying the do not exist. I then went onto my FNB app and got a 4th number. This number too had the same voice message saying it does not exist. HOW DO ALL FOUR CONTACT NUMBERS PROVIDED BY FNB NOT EXIST?? As a last resort I went onto the secure chat through the FNB app. At 13h19 I was transferred in the app to the loans department. I waited over 2 hours with NO response. Absolutely pathetic. I have been with FNB since my very first account, I have been a loyal customer yet when I need their help they make it virtually impossible to get ahold of them. I am extremely disappointed and I am very much considering taking my business else where!
