Appalling service

I had a ***** case that i had reported in April and was assigned to Zanele Mbhele. She sent me an affidavit form which i completed but she never came back to me. I then app**** for the COVID relief and was approved, now wesbank is coming back to say that i owe 2 months because they did not get the funds. I am highly upset with the ***** department, now its the COVID fund, and this is affecting me negatively, and nobody wants to account for this. I need this sorted asap. I spoke to Truth Sambo yesterday and she told me my ***** case has been assigned to Innocent Mbele and said she will send me the contact details yesterday, to date i do not have that email from her. I wanted the details for the OMBUDSMAN, she didnt know what an ombudsman is, i am not happy with these divisions
