Appalling service
Trying to get any form of clarity from FNB is a nightmare. The call centre team is only good at sending you from pillar to post. Yesterday, they kept me holding for 40 mins but the matter was still not resolved. Finally lodged a complaint ref no. ***. Still no feedback! Appalling!
