Appalling Service!

I never got such a worst service from FNB Bank! The business division. I have since submitted (with a reply to their email) the requested documentation over 6 weeks ago. However, my account hasn't been activated as yet. Apparently they are still waiting for my documents. No one can advise what happened to the previously submitted documents. After resubmitting the outstanding document(s), there is still a waiting period of another 48hrs for a response on what is described as an URGENT escalation. This is the response I got after being sent hither and thither, yet still no resolution. I am appalled!
