Appalling service! Dropped the ball big time

FNB has seriously dropped the ball this time. I have been waiting for a new credit card since December 2020. Called the call center- useless! The staff were not attentive and even used profanity on the call, unaware that they picked up me call.so I decided to use the chat service on the app and 48 hrs later still nothing! Nothing! Wow
