Appalling Service

FNB blicked my account on the 27th Oct and they promised me feedback within 24 hours but its now 2 weeks later and they still haven't made any contact. In the meantime i keep having to borrow money because i dont have access to mine.I have been to the branch several times and nobody can assist me.This is really frustrating for me as a single mother of 3
