Appalling service at FNB Gugulethu Square

I would like some clarity on how things are conducted at certain branches because the service we are receiving here is appalling. I am currently standing in a line of 20-30 people and we are all in a que to get to one machine that deposits. I don't know maybe it's because we are in Gugulethu or majority of people here are African but please remember that we are also clients and deserve the same respect as other's of other colour and in other malls. I am told that tellers only accept deposits of R10k and above so does that mean that we people who deposit less than that do not matter and have to stand in line for more than an hour? There are elderly people to consider here yet i have not seen one branch employee coming here to see what the hold up is

The service is disgusting and i would not recommend FNB to anyone
