APPALLING Service at FNB Business Banking. Don’t bank with FNB!!!

APPALLING SERVICE from FNB Business Banking We have been try to get guarantees from FNB for the past 4 months now. Our application is simply being ignored. The worst part is we are not asking for a loan but want guarantees on OUR money sitting in this bank. We are now on the verge of loosing the property we are trying to buy due to FNB simply not issuing the gaurantees. It is a shame that I have to go to this platform to get service.
