Appalling Service at FNB Branch Gardens Cape Town

Appalling experience at FNB Cape Town Gardens branch - Had made a priority booking the day before for elderly father to morph his accounts - just ended up waiting in the queue like all the rest.

Atrocious customer service from the manager (Trason Murugen) and his staff member (Cheswick Hendricks) - in my opinion, they no nothing of customer service - their arrogance is, in my view, unacceptable.

This is what my father gets after 50 years+ as a loyal client?
